Plans and Subscription FAQs

Yes, We do offer a full-fledged 7-day free trial for Foundercrate. Post 7 days, if you do not cancel the billing/plan, your credit card will be automatically charged.
We do offer Foundercrate on a monthly subscription fee basis & a 7-day free trial. Considering this, we do not office any refund of the paid invoices
We take data security seriously at Foundercrate. We ensure that our technology framework, APIs & infrastructure (which runs on AWS) follow industry practices for security & user data protection.
Users can pay via credit card or debit card through our stripe portal.
We generally do not run offers on our platform, but if a user takes an annual subscription, then the user will get 2-monthly off on annual billing.
For any reason, if your payment does not pass through, you will be notified a few times over email, before your company plan switches to the Basic (free) Plan. In any case, your data will not be made public however it can result in data loss.
